Gen AI Full Stack Developer:  

• Collaborate with the Gen AI team to investigate and propose enhancements to the current application's UI/UX. 
• Work closely with the Gen AI team and UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly designs and improve the overall UI/UX. 
• Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and efficient page rendering. 
• Ensure the security and data integrity of the Gen AI application. 

Data Performance Analyst

• Analyze data sets to identify solutions for business-related customer issues
• Transform raw data into actionable information and insights that guide business decisions, with a focus on reporting to DTS service owners
• Facilitate the onboarding of any new or modified DTS services, ensuring they align with a robust service ops framework
• Understand all DTS services and create a unified service model/experience for our customers, fostering consistency and efficiency
• Utilize CSAT data to identify areas where customers are dissatisfied, contributing to the enhancement of the DTS service experience
• Build and manage data in Power BI to convert it into meaningful and actionable insights

Workday Integration Junior Developer/Analyst Intern 

• learn to design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations in addition to learning the HR/Payroll processes. 

• Analyze and translate business specifications and change requests into technical specifications 

• Learn about business processes, workflows, and modules in Workday for HR/Payroll 

• Learn and adopt SAFE software development practices as part of our SDLC 

• Understand and follow defined Workday integration/development standards and best practices 

• Ensure people's data security, data privacy, and data quality are an important part of integration implementation 

• Tier 1 support for inbound and outbound Workday integration issues

• Implement machine learning algorithms

Salesforce Lightning Developer Intern (Salesforce CPQ)  

• Design, architecture, and development of our client-facing financial analytics product 
• Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs 
• Produce high-quality code 
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners

Requirements:

• Third Year students who are working towards a B.Tech (CS/ IT) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology    
• Ability to document requirements and specifications       
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills   
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.   
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills   
• Willing to work in a 24*5 environment on rotational shifts
