Details
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Design Conversational Interfaces: Create mobile-first, responsive conversational UIs using Figma that feel intuitive and natural across devices.
- Build Smart Flows: Design intelligent fallback flows for use cases such as Sales Escalation, Booking Support, and Customer Service.
- Embed Complex Data Elegantly: Integrate elements like pricing outputs and business data seamlessly into the chat-based UI without breaking flow.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure the conversational experiences align with Cogoport’s design language and tone of voice.
- UX Writing and Flow Structuring: Contribute to the conversation design by shaping user prompts, responses, and dialogue flow to maximize usability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to align UI/UX efforts with backend functionality and AI logic.
- Test & Iterate: Run usability tests and gather feedback to iterate on conversation design and flow structure.
