Details
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web/mobile apps.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure design consistency.
- Assist in maintaining design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Participate in ideation sessions and offer innovative design solutions.
- Develop UX artifacts like personas, journey maps, etc.
- Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on UI/UX trends.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing data.
- Pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing design work and process.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, etc.
- Understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn.
- Passionate about user-centric design.
- No prior experience required.
- Hands-on experience with mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Certificate upon successful completion.
- Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
- Performance-based stipend after 3 months if continued.
