UI/UX Designer Internship

About the Role:

• We are offering a 6-month UI/UX Designer Internship for freshers passionate about creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences. This internship is perfect for individuals eager to apply their design skills in real-world projects while working alongside experienced designers. You will gain hands-on experience, build a strong portfolio, and receive a stipend during the internship.
• As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work on diverse projects that include web, mobile, and cross-platform design, solving real business challenges, and directly contributing to the success of client projects. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
  • Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and interviews.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify design opportunities.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to develop high-quality user interfaces.
• UI/UX Design Execution:
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with project requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in design across platforms and devices (responsive design for web and mobile).
• Collaboration & Feedback:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product) to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Testing & Iteration:
  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate user experiences.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on testing feedback and client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or students in their final year with a focus on design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI/UX Design and creating seamless digital experiences.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar (training will be provided if needed).
• Basic understanding of UX research methods and design principles.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
