The Clarity Test
You’ll encounter a mix of questions spanning logical reasoning, situational judgment, and marketing awareness - all crafted to reflect real-world scenarios. The goal is to understand how you approach problems, how quickly you adapt, and how effectively you choose the best possible answer from a set of close options.
Note: Based on the overall participation and competition intensity, an additional evaluation round may be introduced to further identify top-performing candidates.
The Final Lens
The final lens - interview rounds are designed to evaluate the individual beyond the application. Through a structured interaction, we assess your communication, clarity of thought, and approach to problem-solving.
You’ll engage in discussions around real-world scenarios, ideas, and experiences to help us understand how you think, articulate, and respond in dynamic situations. This is your opportunity to showcase your personality, perspective, and ability to translate thoughts into impact.

This isn’t your typical boring internship - this is India’s tastiest one.
Unstop’s Pizza Internship is a high-energy, in-office experience where you’ll work closely with our marketing team, learn real skills, and get rewarded while doing it (yes, including pizza, obviously).
