Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Research and write concise, high-quality summaries on funding rounds, market trends, and key industry developments.
- Analyze and report on VC-backed IPOs, M&A, private equity deals, and leadership changes.
- Curate must-read reports, market updates, and VC intelligence for our subscribers.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and a sharp, engaging writing style.
- Stay updated on the latest happenings in the VC ecosystem and contribute insights.
- Assist in creating LinkedIn posts based on newsletter content for social engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and the financial ecosystem.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to write concise, impactful summaries with a sharp editorial voice.
- Familiarity with financial and business reporting (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience in writing for blogs, newsletters, or publications is a plus.
