3D Desginer

HAYAT HOME LLP is seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our team on a remote basis. This role falls under the Architecture & Interior Design category and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative design projects from the comfort of your home. As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in visualizing and creating compelling designs that bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural and interior design projects.
• Develop design concepts and translate them into visually appealing presentations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
• Prepare presentation materials, including 3D visualizations and walkthroughs, for client presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed designs and plans.
• Experience with SketchUp for conceptual modeling and visualization.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including space planning and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
