3D Motion Designer

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Motion Designer with hands-on experience in After Effects, Element 3D, Blender, and Photoshop to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through dynamic motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual storytelling for a variety of projects including promotional videos, brand content, social media campaigns, and product explainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging 2D/3D motion graphics using After Effects and Element 3D for digital and video content.
• Model, texture, light, and animate 3D assets in Blender for use in motion design and visual narratives.
• Design visual assets, style frames, and storyboards using Photoshop.
• Composite and integrate 3D elements, VFX, and layered visuals within After Effects.
• Collaborate with art directors, editors, and fellow designers to brainstorm concepts and refine animations.
• Maintain an efficient workflow between design and animation tools, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Adapt animations based on feedback and deliver on time across multiple formats and resolutions.
• Prepare and export final animations optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, broadcast, social media).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Element 3D, Blender, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, timing, and composition.
• Ability to blend 2D and 3D elements seamlessly.
• Good eye for detail, color, and storytelling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite apps (Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with particle systems, simulations, or character animation.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and 3D work.
