Wework is hiring for the role of 3D Visualizer Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations including images, 2D plans, and walkthrough animations for WeWork spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, interior design, and A&G) to interpret design concepts and refine project deliverables
- Enhance pitch presentations with engaging visuals and collaterals for external stakeholders.
- Develop efficient workflows for rendering and visualization processes to ensure seamless execution
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new tools, rendering techniques, and best practices
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in 3D visualisation, preferably in commercial or hospitality projects
- Prior experience in a 3D visualization or design studio is essential
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and walkthrough generation
- Expertise in V-Ray, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Corona, Lumion, and 3D Vista
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and BIM 360
- Unreal Engine experience is a huge plus
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, lighting, shape, and composition)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain top-tier quality
