Xiaomi is hiring for the role of Accounting Executive!
Responsibilities of a Candidate:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and review invoices related to marketing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice documentation before submission to the finance department.
- Monitor and track marketing expenses to facilitate accurate provisioning in financial records.
- Work closely with finance to ensure that provisions align with the marketing budget and are updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process vendor payments within established timelines.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments and work towards a timely resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to understand and align financial activities with the overall marketing budget.
- Provide insights and support in optimizing spending within budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Years of experience: 2- 4 years
- Proven experience in a role involving financial coordination and understanding of financial concepts
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and budget management
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between marketing and finance teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
