Mercedes is hiring for the role of ADAS Development Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sensor integration and calibration
- Algorithm development for ADAS features
- Embedded software development (C/C++/Python)
- Use of AUTOSAR and ROS frameworks
- Simulation and testing (HIL, SIL, CarMaker)
- Ensuring ISO 26262 functional safety compliance
- Defining and managing ASIL levels
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Enabling OTA updates for ADAS systems
- Fault diagnostics via CAN, UDS, DoIP
- Data fusion from LiDAR, radar, cameras
- Continuous improvement based on test feedback
Requirements:
- Education: Masters/Bachelors in Compuer Science / Electronics or Equivalent engineering –
- Good analytics skills
- Skills: Good Programming in C++/ Python or equivalent
- Experience in Control software development - Software development using C++ and Python
- Experience of working in ADAS Domain.
