AI Automation Engineer

RB DesignTech is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• n8n Workflow Development:
  • Utilize n8n's visual interface and JavaScript to automate manual processes securely and efficiently.
  • Integrate various applications and services using n8n connectors and custom APIs.
  • Develop data synchronization systems, notifications, and operational workflows.
  • Scale workflows for high-volume processing while ensuring system stability.
  • Implement debugging, monitoring, and quick issue resolution best practices.
• Go High Level (GHL) Implementation:
  • Set up and optimize GHL for client management, sales funnel automation, and lead tracking.
  • Customize CRM settings, including workflows, tags, and triggers, to enhance engagement.
  • Manage and optimize sales funnels and automated follow-up sequences.
  • Analyze CRM and funnel performance to drive data-based improvements.
• AI Integration and Development:
  • Implement Crew AI to coordinate autonomous AI agents for complex tasks.
  • Configure AI agents to utilize LLMs for reasoning and task delegation.
  • Develop Python-based AI solutions for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Create AI-driven agentic systems using planning, iterative refinement, and reflection mechanisms.
• Software Development:
  • Develop web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing, API integration, and automation.
  • Develop custom APIs and webhooks for seamless communication between platforms.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI Automation Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of n8n and Go High Level (GHL).
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier and IFTTT.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
