AI Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven AI Optimization Specialist to join our machine learning and performance engineering team. You will work on fine-tuning AI models, optimizing their accuracy, speed, and resource usage to meet business and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve the performance of AI/ML models through tuning and optimization
• Use tools and frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or Hugging Face) to test and deploy models efficiently
• Collaborate with data scientists and MLOps teams to integrate optimized models into production
• Apply quantization, pruning, and compression techniques to enhance model efficiency
• Monitor models post-deployment and implement feedback-based performance improvements

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and neural network architecture
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Internship or academic projects focused on ML model performance or AI deployment
• Exposure to GPU/TPU acceleration, cloud-based ML services (AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI monitoring tools

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
• 2023/2024 graduates with a strong foundation in AI model building and optimization
