Merck is hiring for the role of Analyst - Change Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Your primary responsibility will be to deliver change management solutions for largescale, strategic programs including but not limited to existing and emerging products, back-office efficiency, and compliance.
- Execute change management across the full lifecycle of implementations
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with business representatives, to articulate benefits and impacts of change
- Use diverse and compelling methods to communicate effectively to global partners
- Support department initiatives around user experience design and innovation
- Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment that will support a change management framework.
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT Service Management – Change Management experience
- Experience across the areas of sponsorship, communications, change networks, training and organization readiness
- Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change efforts
- Communication skills, with ability to frame change message and facilitate discussion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence leaders, and deliver results and deal with ambiguity.
