DXC Technology is hiring for the role of Analyst I Business Process Transactions!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
- Process WC/GL claims and other allied support for Leading Insurance TPA.
- Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.
- Processes payments.
- Processes mail; handles filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Reviews, prepares, creates, and/or sends letters, reports, and forms.
- Other activities/projects as assigned including the preparation and distribution of computer reports.
- Knowledge of BPO/KPO Industry and General Insurance/Workers Compensation Domain.
- Must be capable of responding to client correspondence/queries.
- Go-getter and ability to learn faster.
- Should have an eye for detail with good analytical skills.
- Flexible, highly motivated & Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering desired results.
- Must be willing to work in US time zone (evening shift).
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate – Preferred Graduation (B.Com / BBM / BBA/ B.Sc)
