Unisys is hiring for the role of Application Dev Engineer!
Requirements of the Candidate:
- Experience with C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, SQL server programming Entity Framework, Javascript, J-Query, Source control - Git
- SQL Server Programming - writing SQL queries, database design, Optimization of SQL queries
- Experience in developing and deploying web applications with IIS web server.
- Experience in configuration, database administration, network, infrastructure,
- Experience with email, and file shares.
- Excellent Debugging and Troubleshooting skills.
- Perform Application and DB script deployment.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and procedures – using incident ticket management, Jira or other tools
- Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud environment – Develop, Test, Deploy and Manage Web Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Create and maintain documentation for software design specifications.
- Positive attitude, with high levels of self-motivation and self-governance
- Customer Orientation and strong customer-facing skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Power shell scripting, Automation of the manual tasks using scripts.
- Experience with Azure VMs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery)
- Nice to have Azure App service and or other Azure cloud services.
