Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts, from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Prepare presentations, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design ideas.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring they align with the design vision and budget.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring designs are executed according to specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture selection.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
