Navitasy is hiring for the role of Assistant Engineer – Process Optimization!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understanding of all aspects of process development and responsible for PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP.
- Involvement with CFT in APQP preparation and execution.
- Implementation of KAIZEN and POKA YOKE.
- Process change management.
- Initial process qualification and validation using SPC, and MSA.
- Continuous process improvement activities in plant.
- Responsible for new line installation and commissioning and handover of new machine to production department.
- On-time execution of new projects from sample build to mass production.
- To study the critical process parameter and ensure they are documented.
- Knowledge of 5S and downtime reduction.
- Knowledge of TPM and its implementation.
- Development and implementation of lean manufacturing and manufacturing best practices.
- Responsible for problem-solving during development by using tools and techniques.
- Prepare project handover report and alarm/performance monitoring during ramp up.
- Closure reports and review of internal and external audit points (CAPA, IPQC nonconformance, CFT audit, customer audit.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools and why-why analysis.
- Knowledge of machine process and tooling.
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
