Goodyear is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager, Electrical!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor and operate electrical equipment, systems, and machinery during assigned shifts.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain detailed logs of shift activities, repairs and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, Allen Bradley PLCs, and motor controls.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
