Apna is hiring Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure proper, accurate and timely accounting of the Sales & Revenue in Tally
- E-invoicing as per regulations & timely reconciliation
- Reviewing Debtor Balances regularly and reconciling them. Highlighting recoveries/differences / deviations to business
- Handling multiple gateway reconciliations on a regular and TDR charges
- Experience in handling calculations of consumer loans, interest & subvention charges
- Daily Invoice booking, Checking of Invoices, Debtor List Preparation and calculation of Recovery balances
- Participate in Statutory / Internal audits
- Assist in balance sheet preparation / accounts finalization
- Calculation of Monthly Unbilled & Deferred Revenue and passing Journal Entries in tally to finalize the Revenue
- Liaison with different teams and providing support on various queries on a regular basis.
- Identify differences in ledger balances and raise queries with respective business units and provide resolution
- Manage Agreements/ Creation & Maintaining PO or mails required for revenue recording
- Handling end to end accounting for new Revenue Experiments
Requirements:
- Proficient in handling MS office (Excel), Google Spread sheets and Tally
- Takes initiative and demonstrates ability to work independently
- Delivery focused & attention to detail
- Go getter attitude, ability to think creatively and work under pressure with stringent deadlines
- Fluent communication – both verbal and written, and ability to manage situation
