MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Referral Desk!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handling queries and providing sales support for ad hoc group travel requests with prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored group holiday proposals that align with client needs.
- Supporting the complete sales cycle for group bookings, including itinerary design, pricing, and closures.
- Representing Holidays at corporate visits and delivering sales pitches to drive business opportunities.
- Assisting Holiday Experts (HEs) with day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Maintaining effective communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree from a reputed institute, with 2–6 years of experience in business-facing roles in a similar profile.
- Excellent account management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid sales skills with a clear understanding of GIT (Group Inclusive Tours)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
