Associate Content Analyst

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is hiring for the position of Associate Content Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using database and financial knowledge
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards
• Develop expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development
• Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets
• Maximize usage of available tools/support to best advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations
• Adhere to dynamic process/MoW changes, data operations standards, and current data policies & procedures
• Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards
• Identify, escalate, and resolve data problems
• Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for the resolution of data queries as per the established process
• Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's or Masters’ degree with accounts and financial knowledge
• Have a very good understanding of accounting concepts
• Ability to interpret the correlation between financial statements and know what these statements mean, what all components they have etc.
• Have knowledge of IFRS GAAP, experience in financial markets
• Have experience in doing deep research and should have an eye for detail
• Technical /Professional Skills including being proficiency in using MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Teams
• Be a very quick learner and should display a high level of agility
• Have good communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and be flexible to work extended hours depending upon business requirements
• Be flexible enough to work different shifts at different points in time and this would include night shifts
