Associate Engineer

IndiaMART is actively hiring for the role of Associate Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance 
• Working along with cross functional teams in different stages of the projects 
• Collaborate Analyze and refine technical requirements with  stakeholders and business owners to ensure they align with business  objectives and technical feasibility 
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring  with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work  processes 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Building AI agents and automated workflows using LLMs
• Implementing data pipelines for AI/ML systems 
• Working with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud AI services
• Designing feedback loops that improve system performance
• Collaborating with business teams to understand requirements and measure impact 
• Following software engineering best practices for AI systems

Requirements:

• Experience Range:0 - 2 years
• Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT/AI/ML/Data Science/Data Analytics/Data Engg/CyberSecurity
• Skills Required: Java, Creative Coding, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , Software Testing, Python, programming
• Strong programming fundamentals (Python, data structures, algorithms) 
• Basic understanding of AI/machine learning concepts and eagerness to learn 
• Analytical mindset with attention to data patterns and metrics 
• Ownership mentality - you see problems and want to solve them 
• Clear communication skills and collaborative approach 
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced learning 
• Interest in building systems that handle real-world, messy data.

Qualifications:

• 10th & 12th- 85% and above
• B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT only) - 60% and above
