Associate Imaging Research Specialist

Calyx is hiring for the role of Associate Imaging Research Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist with the compilation of portfolio, programme and project management reports.
• Maintain programme and project files from supplied actual and forecast data
• Assist in database support activities.
• Contribute to the collection of evidence and the conduct of formal audits, reviews or compliance of activities, processes, data, products or services.
• Examine records for evidence that appropriate testing and other quality control activities have taken place and determines compliance with organisational directives, standards and procedures.
• Identify non-compliances, non-conformances and abnormal occurrences.
• Maintain a knowledge management database, by leveraging knowledge of a specialism in order to capture and classify content, taking expert advice when required
• Respond to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
• Allocate unresolved calls as appropriate.
• Maintain records, informs users about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Sciences Domain
• English: Fluent
• Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
• Experience with regulated environments 
• Experience working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
• Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
