Associate - Market Research

Cvent is hiring for the position of Associate - Market Research (Contract)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather and update information (through secondary research) to build or maintain a marketing database of Customers and Prospective Clients
• Work on the company’s strategic objective of evaluation and expansion of the MICE market space
• Conduct advanced and focused secondary research on industry segments and verticals ranging from associations to corporations
• Identify industry trends, competitors, and MICE industry trends through market research and Cvent tools
• Coordinate with the Sales and cross-function teams to ensure follow-ups on leads generated

Requirements:

• The applicant should have a strong academic background
• Applicant should have Internet Research Acumen
• Must have excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams like sales and sales operations
• Good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
• Positive attitude and out-of-the-box thinker
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel
