eClerx is hiring for the role of Associate Process Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with operations, product, and technology teams to coordinate process initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or process mapping software (e.g., Visio).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
