Associate Product Manager

Avniro is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in ideation and innovation processes for product formulation
• Conduct user research, market research, and competitive research to build business case studies
• Define customer personas create use cases, and user journeys, and define information architecture
• Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs by working with visual and UX designers
• Participate and direct information in formulation, delivery hurdles, sprint planning, and delivery
• Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.
• Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to ensure requirements are being properly addressed.
• Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams, and critical customers.
• Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.

Requirements:

• Engineering Bachelor + MBA preferred
• Previous experience in the software industry or technical background is preferred
• Any relevant experience is a benefit and not a must
• Requisite analytical, critical, and awareness skills to pursue a career in product management
• Should be ready to join in the next 15-30 days and required to be in Bangalore
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
