Amgen is hiring for the role of Associate System Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work with Product Owners and customers to define testing scope and approach.
- Validate that test scenarios meet feature acceptance criteria and customer expectations.
- Design, develop, and implement test plans to ensure all the business requirements are met with required quality and consistency.
- Write and implement test cases in HP ALM (or equivalent tool), ensuring full coverage of functionalities.
- Perform SQL queries and scripting to verify accuracy across multiple environments.
- Identify, report, and track database defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and developers to understand and test requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR
- Diploma and 4 to 7 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
- Experience in creating and implementing validation protocols (e.g., Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ))
- Experience with testing and validation tools, and testing frameworks
- Experience in test case authoring and execution using Veeva VVM, HP ALM (or similar tools)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
