Avature Software Engineer

IKEA is hiring for the position of Avature Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Being accountable for delivering quality solutions quickly, reliably, and safely to production
• Work to Analyse, Communicate, Coordinate, and Implement stakeholder needs primarily on Avature and on other SaaS solutions
• Accountable to make sure that the solution design fulfils the business needs by providing support, quality assurance and recommendation
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile and DevOps environment and thrive on taking full accountability for the products and the customer experience
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and provide inputs to improve the deliverables and end-user experience
• Provide support and guidance as needed to other developers within the development team, encouraging good practices, as well as creating an environment based on collaboration and trust

Requirements:

• To be successful in this role good knowledge of HR solutions – Recruitment, Onboarding, referrals etc is needed
• In addition, the candidate must have around 3-5 years of experience working with the Avature Applicant Tracking System and demonstrable experience configuring different Avature modules – Recruitment, Referrals, Pre-Boarding, Agency
• Strong knowledge about out-of-the-box integrations with Avature and experience working with custom integrations. General awareness of Integration concepts would be good to have
• Curious nature and ability to actively acquire new knowledge, and skills, and champion new methods, digital systems, and processes to improve performance.
• Exposure to any transformation program and Google Cloud platform would be an added advantage
• Experience in working in an Agile and DevOps environment and taking full accountability for the products and the customer experience
• Experience working in a distributed team environment is extremely desirable
• Curiosity, sense of fun, desire to keep learning
• Strong communication skills to share your findings and approaches with technical and business stakeholders
