Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Leading a young and motivated team to become the place for B2B business
- Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why, and how of what must be done
- Creating a super aligned customer experience
- Recruiting, training, and managing performance of the team
- Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problems sharply and analyze proposed solutions
- Working collaboratively with other support functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations)
