Branding & Marketing Leadership Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for freshers with a passion for branding, marketing, and leadership to join our Leadership Development Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to rotate through different departments, gaining a well-rounded understanding of business operations, branding strategies, and marketing campaigns. You will work on strategic projects, assist senior leaders, and develop key relationships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding:
  • Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-related content
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and cold calling
  • Organize brand campaigns and events
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across various channels
• Marketing:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
  • Support in content creation for social media, email marketing, and other platforms
  • Coordinate and assist in events and promotions
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing alignment
• Leadership Development:
  • Participate in a structured leadership development program
  • Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business
  • Work on strategic projects and assist senior leaders in daily operations
  • Attend leadership training sessions and provide fresh insights on business challenges
  • Develop and present reports on assigned projects
  • Build relationships with mentors and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Freshers are most welcome
• Candidate must reside in Lucknow
