American Express is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Perform analysis on key metrics to help maximize productivity and Operational excellence
- Create reports/Analytics using multiple American Express data sources and key metrics
- Lead and drive projects to achieve results within stringent time frame
- Formulate and implement network level inventory strategy for CFN Business Unit.
Requirements:
- Experience and Working knowledge of MS-Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Graduate
- Rating of G3/L3 or better in the last annual PMP Review
- Experience and Working knowledge of MS-Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- The incumbent should not be on any type of counseling at the time of applying
- Minimum Tenure of 18 Months for B28 and 12 Months of B30
- Prior experience in Capacity Planning/Dialer/Inventory management/Service level Planning (Experience in Work Force Management), MIS or Business/Data Analytics
- Working Knowledge/Experience on Applications like Python, Tableau, Sisense, SQL.
