Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, such as clients, managers, and subject matter experts, to elicit and document business requirements. This involves understanding and analyzing the current business processes and systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. This may involve working with large datasets and utilizing data visualization tools.
- Process Mapping: Create process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate existing and proposed business processes. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to communicate requirements to development teams.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to proposed solutions and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Client Visits: Go with the sales team for client visits from time-to-time.
