Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the education and learning sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Pitch MTG’s products and services to potential clients and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Manage client communications and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to the development of new partnerships and business channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (education industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
