Internz Learn is hiring for the role of Business Development Associate!
Job Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the company. This position is designed for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the business development process. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Market Research - Learn about our products, market trends, and competitors in depth and keep up to date.
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach - should be able to make cold calls, and obtain new and maintain existing client accounts to successfully generate revenues.
- Relationship Building - Developing long-term customer connections through established rapport, campaign planning, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing (digital) team.
- Sales Support - Sales objectives must be met or exceeded and inside sales updates.
- Reporting and Analysis - Ability to collect data and analyze the data in order to make better decisions and convince others. Progress should be reported and presented.
- Communication - with potential clients via email and phone.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (other potential candidates interested in sales can also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be fluent in English or any other language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of business development principles and sales processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, self-starter, and highly motivated, eager to learn and pursue a career in sales.
Advancement Opportunities:
Successful Business Development Associates may have opportunities for career advancement within the company, such as progressing to roles like Business Development Team lead, Business Development Executive, Sales Manager, or other leadership positions.
- Employment Role: Full-time Business Development Associate
- Probation: 3 months
- Stipend: INR 18,000 (fixed)
- CTC post-probation: INR 3.6 LPA - 5 LPA
