Business Development Executive (BDE)

Ziff Davis Performance Marketing is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive!

About the Role:

The Business Development Executive is focused on understanding & articulating clients’ offerings in order to assist them in the demand/appointment generation programs in defined geographies. He/ She will act as an extension of the client’s sales & marketing team and is responsible for generating sales-qualified leads (SQL).

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Understand the offering of the client organization and effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
• Map global markets, capture market intelligence & identify target markets
• Articulate the value proposition to decision-makers and assess buying interest
• Prospect, Educate, Qualify and Develop accounts to create sales-ready leads for clients
• Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision-makers and business owners
• Consistently meet or exceed targets to create a high-quality sales pipeline for our clients
• Be Responsible for lead nurturing and follow-up programs designed by the customer

Requirements:

• Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills
• Preferred applicants from a Sales/Business Development background
• Individuals with technical/technology backgrounds are a plus
• Desired skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Team Player who possesses a desire and ability to work in fast fast-paced, goal-oriented growth sales environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and Strong attention to detail
  • Proven capabilities and skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control and time & territory management desired
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales
  • Flexible to work in a 24 x 5 environment
