Elegante Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
Job summary: This in-office role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our business and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and home decor market.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Elegante Interiors' products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, research, and cold outreach.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for partnership.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Elegante Interiors' offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
