What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct 15+ customer meetings per day with local businesses
- Perform cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting to build a strong pipeline
- Pitch and promote our products and services to local businesses
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily progress
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery and client onboarding
Who Can Apply (Requirements):
- Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate)
- At least 6 months of field sales experience (FMCG, telecom, fintech, or related industries preferred) Freshers can apply,
- Good knowledge of Jamshedpur geography and local business landscape
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if required for the role)
Job Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Role Type: Field-based, target-driven sales role
- Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Lead
Compensation: Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,96,000 per annum (based on experience)
