About the Organization:

GreenPod Labs is an early- stage Agri-biotech start up developing sustainable solutions to minimize food waste in India. The company is based out of Chennai. The company has developed an active packaging sachet that can extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables throughout the supply chain.

The company is looking for a Business Development Associate to work closely with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for business growth and optimize marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and effectively communicate how GreenPod Labs' solutions can address them.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights and client interactions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the overall business development strategy and growth of GreenPod Labs.
