Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, and staffing partners
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Maintain and update client and vendor databases
- Share job requirements with the recruitment team for faster closures
- Conduct market research for new business opportunities
Required Skills:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of US Staffing (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in night shift
- Good email drafting and calling skills
- Self-motivated with a sales mindset
Qualifications:
- BBA / BCA / MCA / B.Tech / MBA / B.Sc (CS)
