About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings or site visits for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in generating business by creating a strong first impression and building relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, digital ads, portals, and referrals
- Call and qualify leads based on their property requirements, budget, and timeline
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to site visit
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Follow up with prospects until the handover to the sales team
- Manage and update lead data on CRM and maintain regular follow-ups
- Share property details, brochures, and pricing as per client requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential buyers
- Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends, ongoing projects, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.)
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
- Prior experience in real estate or tele-sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Graduate degree in any discipline
