Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients for IT services.
• Engage with prospective clients through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and bidding portals.
• Support the team in lead generation, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis.
• Manage and update CRM systems with relevant information on prospects and leads.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Collaborate with senior business development and sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Freshers or 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or related fields in the IT service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc. is a plus.
• Experience in lead generation, email marketing, or LinkedIn marketing will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
