Business Development Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Conduct AI-assisted market and company research to identify high-potential leads and partners
• Build and maintain structured lead databases (ICP-based targeting, not random lists)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:
  • Generate outreach angles
  • Personalize messaging
  • Extract insights from prospects
• Craft high-quality personalized outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
• Support lead qualification calls (discovery-level conversations)
• Assist in pre-sales documentation (proposals, summaries, positioning)
• Work with leadership to refine targeting strategy and outreach experiments
• Track metrics:
  • Outreach → response rate
  • Response → meeting rate
  • Meeting → qualified lead
• Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar)
• Continuously improve outreach using feedback loops

Skill & Qualification Requirements:

Mandatory

• MBA in Business Administration (Marketing / Sales preferred)
