Sriram Finance is hiring for the role of Business Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identification of prospective customers, sourcing & sustaining customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction, understand their needs, and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Set and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Should have completed their Qualifying Degree with an Aggregate of 50%
- Age should not be above 27 years
- Good communication skills
