Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- To achieve monthly target of disbursement volume & numbers
- To develop new business channels from market
- Give proper & satisfactory service to assigned channel partners
- Proper coordination with bank executive for login, approval and disbursement
- Coordination with the internal team for on-time payments, documentation and required process closures
- Drive customer service & NPS
