Call Center Executive

About the Job:

• Votiko Solutions is hiring Call Center Executives for our work from the home international BPO team.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound and take inbound calls for international clients.
• Work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Meet targets while working independently from home.

Who Can Apply:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center or BPO.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Candidates below 40 years of age preferred.
• Must have your own laptop and broadband connection.
• Open to 12th pass candidates with relevant BPO or telecalling experience.
