We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized career counseling services, guiding individuals on career exploration, development, and job search strategies.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of the current job market, and experience in career development or counseling, ideally within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting career assessments to help clients identify their skills, interests, and values; offering guidance on career planning and personalized advice on career goals and decision-making processes
- Developing tailored career plans to support both short-term and long-term goals, including job search strategies
- Supporting job application preparation such as resume writing, cover letters, and interview skills; facilitating group counseling sessions and workshops on career-related topics
- Staying updated on job market trends and maintaining knowledge of industry developments and educational programs
- Collaborating with other professionals in career counseling and human resources to deliver comprehensive support.
