Telus International is hiring for the role of Chat Support Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Resolving customer queries through chat and emails.
  • Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the CRM team in consultation with the Team Lead.
  • Improve the Customer's Experience with Client Services by ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
  • Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers.
  • Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Should be customer-oriented and team-oriented as well
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required in a chat support role
  • Work Location: Candor Tech Space, Noida Sector 135(Delhi NCR)
  • Freshers are not eligible
  • The candidate should be okay with the Work from Office role
  • Should be comfortable with night shifts
