Telus International is hiring for the role of Chat Support Representative!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolving customer queries through chat and emails.
- Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the CRM team in consultation with the Team Lead.
- Improve the Customer's Experience with Client Services by ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with while servicing the customers.
- Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills
- Should be customer-oriented and team-oriented as well
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in a chat support role
- Work Location: Candor Tech Space, Noida Sector 135(Delhi NCR)
- Freshers are not eligible
- The candidate should be okay with the Work from Office role
- Should be comfortable with night shifts
