When the boundary between a dreamer and a doer is merged, a Founder is born. Supporting a successful founder is an army of exceptional generals, and we are looking for ours. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative superhero to don the cape of Founder's Office Ninja.
You will be getting your hands dirty on the strategy front, washing them to shake hands to close partnerships, step into the shoes of the best operations guy that there is and also become an overall nurturer of Unstop! We are looking for a jack of all trades, who shall over time master a few!
This is a hands-on role and a job description will not be able to cover the extent of it. We have still put down a few areas of responsibility, which are by no means exhaustive.
Responsibilities:
- Support the founder with day-to-day operations ensuring seamless workflows such as effortlessly making presentation decks in their sleep
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve business goals
- Oversee founder-directed projects ensuring timely, budget-conscious completion and promoting cohesive team execution.
- Plan out an approach/analysis strategy (data + qualitative) to infer underlying trends/actions specific to a program
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from a variety of sources
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making
- Generate high-quality reports and deduce insights from the same
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Eligibility:
- B.Tech is a must. MBA will be given preference.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a part of the Founder’s office or similar setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Should be a great conversationalist who can hold their ground with people
Compensation:
As per industry standards. Salary won't be a restriction for deserving candidates
