OptimHire is hiring for the role of Chrome Extension Developer!
Requirements:
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and potentially other web technologies.
- Chrome Extension Development: Experience with Chrome extension development and familiarity with the Chrome extension API.
- Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and AJAX.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
Optional Skills:
- Knowledge of other web browsers' extension APIs (e.g., Firefox, Safari)
- Experience with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js)
- Understanding of web security practices and vulnerabilities
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
